Overview

Collins has been established since 1956 and our core business has always been the provision of refurbishment and fit out services to owners and occupiers.

We have never been restricted solely to the commercial sector and have undertaken projects in the industrial, education, healthcare, retail and leisure sectors whilst limiting our project size to £10 million to suit our “hands on” style of management. The geographical spread of work is predominantly in London and the South East – however we are able to resource projects on a national basis.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and finish. Our proactive approach enables us to negotiate up to 35% of our turnover where timing precludes the tendering process, and over 80% of our work is repeat business from existing clients and consultants.
