Working alongside JLL, Originate, BAP and Chapman BDSP, Collins have recently started work on their £1.75 million CAT B fit out to Level 6 of Condor House, St Paul’s Churchyard. Works will begin with a strip out back to shell which will include the reconfiguration of ceilings, mechanical services and electrical elements, followed by the installation of cellular offices, open plan secretarial areas and a large break out area to the 16,000sq ft floor plate. The project follows a previous fit out by Collins to Level 4 of the building and is due to handover April 2016.
