Collins were tasked with the refurbishment of this 17,000sq ft 7 storey building.  Built in the 18th century, this Grade I listed property is just a stone’s throw away from the historic Tower of London.  This previously dead office space has now been transformed with works to the basement, ground floor and levels 1 to 6 as well as the external courtyard, roof terrace and entrance walkway. Working alongside Trident, TTSP, and GDM Partnership, the project was completed over the course of 36 weeks for Kames Capital.
