Collins is delighted to announce our CAT A refurbishment of the 3 storey Building 220 in Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire, has drawn to completion. Our team, lead by project director Duncan Redman, carried out the 44 week scheme on behalf of Patrizia with the objective of producing high-quality office accommodation for let in the business park. The design and build project involved the complete refurbishment of the free standing office building including the demolition of the existing front façade and the erection of a new curtain wall to increase the footprint.
A new feature staircase was installed in the reception, along with raised access flooring throughout and a full M&E installation, roof coverings and the resprays of the existing curtain walking. Finally, the existing atrium was reduced to increase the nett lettable area.
