A refurbishment of 4 floors totalling 60,000 sq ft of prime City real estate. The works were carried out phase by phase in an occupied building. The main elements of work included the installation of plank ceilings in the open plan office spaces, high specification fit out of core areas including toilets, common parts and external façade restoration. The refurbishment of the reception, which included a new glass facade and entrance doors completed the project. Incorporated into the scope of works was the replacement of all main roof plant.
