The internal and external refurbishment of a six storey commercial building in the City to provide 20,000 ft² of high quality office space. Works included replacing all curtain walling, installation of new services including air conditioning, lighting, power and fire alarms, two new lift installations plus wheelchair lift to reception and complete new ceilings and raised floors throughout.
