The works comprised of the internal strip out of 17,500 sq ft over 6 floors of office accommodation, the reception area including all services and finishes and a new canopy to the front entrance. The office floors were fitted out to a high quality "Cat A" standard, including new suspended ceilings, new metal raised floors, new WC core, new glazing and a new underfloor 4 pipe fan coil air conditioning system and services. The works also incorporated the installation of two new 8 person passenger lifts. The reception area was reconfigured and enhanced with an Italian grey basalt floor and feature wall with specialist lighting. The enlargement of the staircore completed the refurbishment works and the building has now achieved a "Very Good" BREEAM rating.
