Carried out on behalf of Bollingbrook, this £730,000 fit out involved extensive demolition works to the 2nd and 3rd floors at Hasilwood House, including the removal and updating of existing offices, ceilings, raised access floors, balustrade and spiral staircase.
The existing W/C’s were also refurbished and both floors were fitted out to a Cat A status with brand new mechanical, electrical and lighting installations to suit the new open plan floor arrangement.
