This £800,000 CAT A refurbishment consisted of work to 3 different floors; lower ground, 2nd and 3rd floor, as well as common areas such as the reception and the main staircase. A major strip out of the existing offices preceded the installation of mechanical and lighting systems, WC’s, partitions and doors, floor finishes and ceiling grids. The existing windows were also given an overhaul and modifications were made to the electrical systems and floor power outlets.

Working for Aberdeen Asset Management and alongside Bollingbrook and Wish London, the project was completed over the course of 16 weeks.
