The works comprised of the internal strip out of 38,000 sq ft over 2 floors of accommodation. The offices underwent a high quality fit out including the installation of new services, ceilings and raised floors. The toilets and core areas were totally refurbished.
A new reception area was created together with a cafe, teapoints and executive meeting rooms. Walnut panelling was used in the cellurised offices with onyx and stone in the reception area. A feature staircase connecting the floors was installed using a mixture of hardwood and glass. The refurbishment was completed in two phases 16 weeks and 18 weeks.
