Sitting at the crossroads of London’s key cultural and business districts, Broadgate Quarter is a thriving commercial hub which is home to an eclectic mix of cafés, bars, leisure facilities and restaurants, as well as high quality office space which is now home to many well-known brands.

Nine Appold Street offers over 55,000 sq ft of office space. We were tasked with the refurbishment of levels 5 & 6 to provide Cat A office space, ready for new tenants to move in.

We also reinstated two existing retail units on the ground floor and upgraded the public realm area at the entrance of Nine Appold Street.

The public realm upgrade included installing a grass surface and seating to allow for an all year round outdoor leisure area. We also installed new illuminated signage, planting, a gated entrance, totems & street market stalls to make this space a bustling and dynamic area of Broadgate Quarter.

Collins has also been appointed to undertake the refurbishment to the level 4 office space, with works due to commence July 2020.
