A high quality fit out of 2 floors totalling 21,000 sq ft in a multi tenanted occupied building for Cohn & Wolfe, part of the WPP Group.
The scope of works included the creation of meeting rooms utilising hand painted wallpaper and specialist feature lighting.
The installation of an oak timber floor to the main reception area together with spray lacquered panels and a corian reception desk complimented the folding floor to ceiling glass doors. A new comms room, kitchen facilities and new carpeting throughout completed the fit out. The air conditioning was reconfigured throughout the two floor to accommodate the newly cellurised floor space.
