Our project for Ebury UK at 100 Victoria Street consisted of a CAT A through to CAT B fit out of 11,000sqft of high spec office space for the financial services provider. The works included the installation of a new reception, offices and meeting spaces, both indoor and outdoor breakout areas and a secure MER room. These areas were enhanced by a dedicated M&E system throughout to suit the client’s requirements.

The open plan office area benefited from a new SAS system 130 ceiling. The new reception area was enhanced with concrete and stressed metal wall panels to compliment the Corian desk. The floor was carpeted throughout with the use of porcelain tiles in feature areas.
