This £1.6 million project was completed over the course of 16 weeks for a Global Investment Firm. Works included a full CAT A to the lower ground, ground, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th floors and a refurbishment to the common parts. This included the WC’s and live reception to include new radial doors, windows, feature walls and reception desk.
The fit out included new raised access flooring, ceilings and M&E services throughout, a lift cart refurbishment and a full building flush to modernise the space.
