This project took place over the course of 14 weeks. Works commenced with a complete strip out of the previous tenants fit out followed by a Cat B fit out to the 3rd floor. This consisted of the installation a new suspended ceiling, glass partition walls, feature joinery, alterations to the existing base build services and the installation of feature lighting and AV.
Open plan breakout areas and a new kitchen were also formed along with a comms room with fibre link to the 2nd floor.
Working alongside Bollingbrook, BDG and GDM, the project was successfully handed over January 2016.

Neil joined Collins as a TSM in 2010 and has over 22 years’ experience in the construction industry, in particular the refurbishment and fit out market. Since joining Collins, Neil has established himself as a key member of the team and in that time has developed to Technical Services Director.
As head of the Technical Services department Neil oversees a team of TSM’s, takes an active role in projects and has a personal interest in developing the next generation of Technical Services Managers.
