This D&B project involved the strip out and return to high quality Cat A space of the 4th and 5th floors totalling 38,000 ft² with the overhaul and rebuilding of an AHU in the roof plantroom. The architect, Scott Brownrigg was novated across for continuity.

This busy occupied building has strict noise and  vibration control to eliminate disruption to tenants.

Additionally all contractors and visitors had to access and leave the building via the main reception, so cleanliness was of paramount importance to stop the migration of dirt and dust.  Deliveries and waste away were also strictly controlled, as was the vertical movement to the floors via one shared goods lift.
