A very fast track, 35,000sq ft high quality fit out for international law firm, Ince & Co. Procured on a traditional 2 stage contract, the works took place on levels 14 and 15 of Aldgate Tower.
Following a soft strip out, the Cat B works included the installation of a new staircase with slab cut out, numerous meeting facilities,
a fully fitted kitchen, café, business lounge and bar. Bespoke joinery was used throughout along with back painted glass, stone, vinyl and carpet flooring, glazed partitioning and a combination of exposed ceilings, ceiling rafts and ceiling tiles.
