A refurbishment involving heavy demolition works to an existing reception area within an occupied building with a Grade I listed façade. Works involved the addition of a steel frame on which a new zinc roof was installed. Internally, the walls and floors received a stone finish with new windows installed into the arches within the existing façade.

The mechanical and electrical services were completely stripped back and replaced. Working alongside Burnley Wilson Fish, EPA and Blyth & Blyth on behalf of Kennedy Wilson, works were completed January 2017.
