A refurbishment involving heavy demolition works to an existing reception area within an occupied building with a Grade I listed façade. Works involved the addition of a steel frame on which a new zinc roof was installed. Internally, the walls and floors received a stone finish with new windows installed into the arches within the existing façade.

The mechanical and electrical services were completely stripped back and replaced. Careful consideration had to be given to maintaining the public walkway alongside Victoria Station. Works were completed January 2017.
