Our 5th fit out at 30 St Mary Axe consisted of the strip out of the existing space and adapting the high level services to suit the new layout.
Utilising Faram glazed units, cellurised offices were formed, together with secretarial workstations and the creation of a reception area with bespoke joinery.
Early handover of the new comms room was achieved to enable occupation by the clients IT department. One of the challenging aspects of this project was managing the balustrade alterations to the “fingers” which overlooked the tenants below.
