This fast track Cat B fit out was completed over the course of 12 weeks. Levels 5 and 6 in the Alphabeta Building, Finsbury Square, were transformed to create a dynamic and functional working environment for the media agency, Maxus.
Works within the recently modernised Cat A building consisted of the installation of meetings rooms, media space, a feature spiral staircase, breakout areas and open plan office space with exposed services.
Working alongside Bollingbrook, BDG and Energylab group, the £1.7million project handed over January 2016.
