A back to shell strip out and remodelling of this historic 1892 building.  The design is characterised by shaped gables, deep porches and the lavish use of terracotta ornaments.

Works included a full CAT A refurbishment across all 6 floors, including a new roof plant area concealed within a new mansard roof, clearer links between each of the buildings and comprehensive new MEP systems.

The project involved internal reconfiguration including structural alterations and the stabilising and protection of the original staircase, refurbished lift and new toilet cores. The brick façade and external features have been carefully preserved in keeping with this Mayfair Conservation Area.
