A further high quality, yet functional fit out for Morgan Lewis at Condor House.
Works comprised the formation of detailed timber and glazed offices for 34 partners and associates with a central café area and an assortment of meeting rooms.
All services were heavily modified with new lighting and air conditioning throughout after ceiling removal and reinstatement, joinery, AV, data, specialist finishes and the removal of the WC’s.
We also carried out extensive partitions and service modifications to lower floors.
