A 20,000sq ft project in One Strand overlooking Trafalgar Square. The works began with a Cat A refurbishment of three WC cores which included the removal of redundant AHU’s and plant rooms to facilitate enhanced WC units. The Cat B works for the incoming tenant, National Grid, were undertaken at the same time as the Cat A works and included the installation of new raised access flooring, high DB rated plasterboard and glass partitions and a new reception area with mono acoustic ceiling, metal pipe features and a Corian reception desk with LED strip lighting.

The boardroom, complete with a bespoke 21 seat table, has full audio visual capability installed alongside the adjacent 14 seater telepresence room with state of the art facilities.

Tea points, printing stations and a professional kitchen were installed along with a large break out space, affectionately known as ‘The Den’, consisting of a facetted joinery banquet seating island for food preparation and a kitchen area. With 4 fully flexible meeting rooms with folding doors, the remainder of the floor space is open plan.  Finally, 4 pipe fancoil systems were installed to provide heating and cooling to the office space along with a new sprinkler installation and configuration to provide protection to the new floor plan.
