The fast track Cat A refurbishment of Level 5 in this occupied building to return this space back to the letting market. Careful co-ordination was required to ensure minimal disruption to the in situ tenants and particular attention was paid to managing materials

and workforce into and out of the building.The scope of works included replacement lighting, repairs to the ceiling and floor, new floor coverings and all associated decorations. The WC’s also received a complete refurbishment.
