Appointed on behalf of RREEF, works included a soft strip out of existing features followed by a complete CAT A refurbishment to the 3rd, 5th and 6th floors. This involved the installation of a brand new raised access floor, grid ceilings and partitioning throughout,

along with new electrical and mechanical systems. A new cycle facility was also formed in the basement along with a new main reception.

Working alongside TPI, ORMS and GDM, the project was delivered to schedule  in October 2015.
