Collins is proud to announce the completion of the refurbishment and fit out of The Helix, a 21-floor student accommodation project in Wembley.
On site for three years, the team carried out significant refurbishment to provide the building with 435 refreshed bedrooms and high-end amenity space. The project consisted of substantive remediation work including recladding the entire building to ensure it is fire safe.
With recreational and reception areas, gym, café and private dining rooms, The Helix offers this year’s intake a high-quality and engaging student experience.
The successful completion of this scheme kick starts our growing portfolio of PBSA schemes, showcasing Collins as much more than a high-end commercial contractor.
