Carried out on behalf of The Office Group, this Cat B fit out of new offices at Hudson’s Place involved the insulation of cellular offices, breakout and lounge areas, meeting rooms and reception areas.
Located above Platform 1 of Victoria station, the project came with various logistical challenges working alongside both Network Rail and TFL.
A number of architectural challenges, including exposed services, also had to be overcome. The project was completed over the course of 22 weeks and is one of many new TOG locations across London.
