A full Cat A refurbishment of 22,330 ft² across 7 floors, including self-contained retail units at basement, lower ground floor and ground floor levels.
Works involved internal reconfiguration including structural alterations and the construction of a new staircase, lift and toilet core.A new brick façade was also constructed as well as a roof plant with louvred screens. The existing mechanical and electrical services were also given a full upgrade.
