A design and build, 120,000sq ft Cat A refurbishment to levels 1,2,3,4,7 & 8 and full refurbishment of both receptions within Hatton Garden and Leather Lane as well as a refurbishment of the existing external Courtyard.
The project was completed over the course of 36 weeks and included high end bespoke joinery, LED lighting throughout,
VRV Heating and Cooling system, 6no passenger lifts fully fitted out, new tenant wc fit-out to all floors, new shower facilities installed within the basement demise including 160no bike rack facility installed, new planters, bespoke mesh screen plant housings and composite decking within the courtyard.
