Our Project Directors are responsible for their contracts from inception through completion and thus manage the works with a “hands on approach” ensuring competitiveness, quality and financial control, adding value to all projects. We are of a size that is still able to offer a personal and proactive approach whilst having undertaken over 2 million sq ft of fit out and refurbishment projects in the last 2 years.
Collins has a strong balance sheet with substantial retained reserves to finance steady growth using it’s own resources without ever having to utilise an overdraft facility.
We are a non-contractual, non-adversarial organisation who have never had any legal actions taken against us throughout our trading history.
