We believe no one should come to work thinking they may be involved in an incident, which is why our rigorous health and safety policies include all our site managed locations and office premises. This is extended to all parties who may be impacted by our day-to-day operations.
Mandatory internal safety training is provided to our staff, trade contractors and others associated with our operations.
Our dedicated Director of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality), Tony Turner, is supported by his team and together they are responsible for enforcing the company ethos, embedding a positive safety culture across all disciplines of the business and providing specialist advice, guidance and recorded site inspections on a daily basis.

We hold accreditation in compliance with Safety Schemes In Procurement (SSIP) with Safecontractor, CHAS, Constructionline, PICS, BSC, ISO, RoSPA, SMAS and we are also a Partner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme. This ensures benchmarks are set and site standards maintained. Our Health & Safety Policy is continuously reviewed to ensure its effectiveness and to ensure that necessary changes are made when required.
