Collins appointed by Royal London Asset Management to deliver 11-storey fit out

We've been appointed by Royal London Asset Management to deliver the refurbishment and fit out of 60 Fenchurch Street, a 54,000 sq. ft., 11-storey office building in the City of London.

60 Fenchurch Street marks our fourth project together, following the recent completion of 50 Floral Street and 9-12 Bow Street, and ongoing works at 111-117 New Bond Street.

Our team will deliver a mix of Cat A+ and Cat A workspace. This will support Royal London Asset Management's leasing strategy to offer a mix of occupier-ready space across approximately half of the building, providing prospective tenants with flexible, ready-to-use options.

The scope also includes new ventilation systems, extensive building services upgrades, refurbishment of lift lobbies and WC facilities, and enhancements to the building entrance.

Ryan Cleanthi, Divisional Director, said: "With every project, we are learning more about our client, their requirements and their assets. Our approach from the very beginning has been to bring the wider project team together to discuss and agree a collaborative approach that delivers the outcome the asset deserves.

Following the successful delivery of 9–12 Bow Street, we're delighted to be working with Royal London Asset Management once again and to have gained their trust to deliver such a significant project.”
