Collins appointed to deliver additional level at 1 Vine Street

Following the successful completion of Levels 3 and 4 at 1 Vine Street for Workplaces by The Crown Estate, we have been appointed to deliver a further Cat A fit out on Level 5, including terrace and WC areas, totalling 5,670 sq. ft.

This marks the fifth project delivered for the client, building on previous works at Sackville Street, 11–12 Pall Mall, Regent Street and earlier phases at Vine Street.

This repeat appointment reflects our “Knowing Buildings Inside Out” approach. By delivering multiple phases within the same asset, the team has developed a detailed understanding of the building and its constraints, enabling informed decisions around programme, coordination and delivery.

Works are now underway on Level 5, with the completed Level 3 providing a benchmark for the floorplate and scope. Further updates will be shared as the project progresses.
