Collins appointed to Fitzrovia fit out on behalf of GPE

Work is underway at 15 Gresse Street / The Howlett in the heart of Fitzrovia, where we’re delivering a Cat B fit out for our client, GPE, across 42,000 sq. ft, with four levels of workspace and a new roof terrace.

The project forms part of GPE’s Fully Managed offer, creating high-quality, fully fitted space designed for modern occupiers. Building on our work with GPE, the scheme reflects a shared approach to unlocking value by reshaping existing buildings into carefully considered workplaces.

Our team will transform a complex existing asset through structural alterations that open up more efficient, regular floorplates. Demolition at upper levels is progressing, including the removal of a sloping section of façade to square up the building, while strengthening interventions continue across the lower floors.

At roof level, the removal of plant equipment will make way for a new garden and terrace, bringing high-quality outdoor areas into the building. In the basement, major works are progressing, including new slabs, waterproofing and drainage, alongside the introduction of a nail laminated timber mezzanine as part of the next phase.
