Collins appoints Dan Hearn as new Divisional Director

We’re pleased to welcome Daniel Hearn as Divisional Director, leading a new workstream as we build on a strong year.

Dan joins us from Mace and brings more than 25 years’ experience delivering workplace projects across London, covering base build, refurbishment and fit out. This breadth of expertise aligns closely with our approach to delivery, from structural adaptations through to the detail and quality required at final finish.

Dan’s appointment will support our strong pipeline and projects on-the-ground, while also providing a fourth stream of new work. Working alongside Divisional Directors Ryan Cleanthi, Duncan Redman and Christian Pakes, his role will be to support existing clients, and introduce new ones, as we continue to build our portfolio.

Jason Warren, Managing Director, said: Dan has all the skills and attributes that we have at Collins to deliver in our core market of refurbishment and fit out - the ability to improve the fabric of buildings while also having that attention to detail required to deliver high-quality fit out. As clients increasingly look to us to enhance their assets from the inside out – creating environments that are design-led, high quality and built to perform – Dan’s expertise further strengthens our Senior Leadership Team and reinforces what we offer across the lifecycle of a building.

Dan Hearn, Divisional Director, said: I was drawn to Collins for its people-first culture, entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on delivery across the building lifecycle. I’m passionate about developing teams and supporting individuals to do their best work, and this is an environment that supports that approach. I’m looking forward to leading a team with the ambition to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
