After only 7 weeks on site, we have handed over our £850,000 CAT B fit out for Swiss RE on level 6 of The Gherkin. The high quality fast track restack is our 8th project in this building. Our brief was to create a showcase floor to provide a re-vitalised working environment. Working around the Swiss Re staff, we were required to keep the café open throughout the duration of the project.
Services were modified to suit the new layout, which included open plan office areas, meeting suites and collaboration hub with beverage island.
