110 High Holborn is located in a prominent position on the north side of High Holborn, spanning across the junction with Procter Street. This modern building, with a distinctive glass frontage, provides contemporary office space with lots of natural light, over 8 floors.
We were tasked with stripping out the existing office space, then completing a Cat A refurbishment to the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors. This included new MEP services installations, lighting, fire alarms and ceilings.
