Collins has completed the refurbishment to the ground, first and second floors of 120 Aldersgate, a characterful building at the centre of London's most exciting business district, on behalf of our repeat client, Legal & General.
The refurbishment comprised a sleek Cat A fit out to the ground and first floor office space, a total of 12,600 ft2, as well as a re-modelled reception and stylish lounge area. The refurbished workspace now boasts new glazing spanning multiple elevations as well as a new private courtyard and winter garden.
The second floor has been refurbished and fitted out as part of Legal & General’s dynamic ‘Capsule’ workspace solution. The space has been fully fitted so it is work-ready for future tenants and includes new kitchenettes, toilets, meeting rooms and a range of stylish and premium furnishings.
120 Aldersgate is our second workspace handover for Legal & General in 2020. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Collins team, and all else involved, who made this happen safely through what has been a challenging year.
