Collins is proud to announce the completion of the fit out to the eighth-floor office space at 120 Aldersgate on behalf of our repeat client, Legal & General.
This was our second project within the building having previously delivered two workspaces across the ground, first, and second floors. Legal & General then appointed Collins to deliver the fit out to the eighth floor after the success of the initial project.
The Collins team has now delivered a further 3,750 ft2 of fully fitted office space to the eighth floor, which included creating two meeting rooms, installing 40 desks, and delivering various breakout areas, tea points, and phone booths. The team also carried out refurbishment works to the roof area to construct a new plant enclosure.
The initial fit out of the ground and first floor comprised a sleek Cat A fit out, a total of 12,600 ft2, as well as remodelling the reception and creating a stylish lounge area. The team installed new glazing spanning multiple elevations as well as creating a new private courtyard and winter garden.
The team then refurbished and fitted the second floor as part of Legal & General’s dynamic ‘Capsule’ workspace solution. The space has been fully fitted so it is work-ready for future tenants and includes new kitchenettes, toilets, meeting rooms and a range of stylish and premium furnishings.
