Collins is proud to announce the completion of the full refurbishment to Crescent Court in Tunbridge Wells, creating a sustainable, contemporary office space of the highest quality on behalf of Ashill Commercial.

The 17,000 sq ft building now offers four floors of Grade A, open plan office space that is ready for businesses to move into and make their own. The office fit out included new tea points and new DDA compliant WCs and showers on all floors, as well as a new entrance with a new access system, and a completely refurbished and landscaped car park to provide more parking space and on-site EV car charging points.

The refurbishment also improved the energy efficiency of the building to create a carbon neutral space, achieved through installing new exposed services, new LED lighting throughout, new windows, and a new covering to the existing roof.
