This complex project involved the strip out of all existing services, heavy structural demolition, new underground drainage and excavation works to this Grade II* listed building.
A steel roof including 110 glass panels was installed together with a new link area joining two buildings together.
New WC's and a shower core were created with all new services and a Cat B fit out including bespoke joinery, AV system, management suites, meeting rooms and a new restaurant. We had to keep 4 comms rooms live and maintain a fully operational book store with many original manuscripts safe for the duration of the works.
