Completed over the course of 11 weeks, this full D&B project consisted of a new plant, 1200 lay in plank ceilings, raised access floors and a steel frame infill from the 5th to the 6th floor atrium to separate the two floors and give additional letting space. The toilet cores were completely reconfigured with new walnut cubicles and IPS systems, stone worktops and walnut fire doors.

With tenants both above and below the site, one of the major challenges for this project was ensuring any disruption caused was kept to a minimum.
