We are pleased to announce our appointment by The Crown Estate to deliver a £4m Cat A Plus fit out at 11–12 Pall Mall, a Grade II listed building in the heart of Westminster.
The project will see our team transform the historic asset to create approximately 10,000 sq. ft of premium, sustainable workspace. Works will begin with a full strip-out across seven floors before delivering five floors of high-quality Cat A Plus office space, complemented by bespoke joinery and modern glazed partitions to support both workspace and amenity areas.
Alongside the internal refurbishment, the scheme will include a series of upgrades designed to enhance the building while respecting its historic character. The Portland stone façade will be carefully refreshed and repaired in keeping with the surrounding streetscape, while original features within the entrance and stair core will be retained and restored as part of the refurbishment.
Additional works will include basement alterations to introduce new shower facilities, improvements to workplace amenities, and enhancements to the roof terrace, including new planting designed to support urban biodiversity.
Once complete, the development will deliver a high-quality managed workspace that combines modern office requirements with the heritage and architectural character of one of Westminster’s most prestigious addresses.
