We are delighted to announce our appointment on the £60m redevelopment of 30 Finsbury Square for our client Munich ERGO Asset Management (MEAG) - our largest project win to date.
The nine-storey, 140,000 sq. ft building, designed by Eric Parry Architects, will feature a double-height reception, a café, and a flexible multi-use space connected to the main reception area. Our team will deliver a range of high-quality enhancements including state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities at lower ground level, an extension to the eighth-floor office space, and a winter garden with a link bridge connecting to the lift core. The development will also include a feature landscaped terrace alongside an additional private terrace.
Located in the heart of Islington, the scheme represents an ambitious sustainability-led cut-and-carve redevelopment with a vertical extension. Our sustainability team will play a key role in delivering the project’s environmental objectives, targeting both NABERS and BREEAM accreditations upon completion.
