We are pleased to announce our appointment to 5 Merchant Square in Paddington, a £6m, 45,000 sq. ft refurbishment for our client, 5 Merchant Square Limited Partnership.
Works will include a Cat A fit-out to levels 8 and 9, end-of-journey upgrades in the basement, and a stunning new Cat B fit-out of the reception.
Sustainability is key to the project, and our team has committed to ensuring the maximum reuse of materials post-strip-out. Carpets, lighting, kitchens, and doors will be recycled and repurposed as part of a circular economy approach to the project.
Located in the heart of Paddington’s vibrant waterfront neighbourhood, 5 Merchant Square ranks among central London’s most prestigious office accommodations.
On completion, the two floors and communal areas will offer 45,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space.
