As part of our final phase of a management buy-out, we are delighted to announce that Jason Warren has taken over from Chris Bartram as managing director.

Jason has worked at Collins for six years and has been instrumental in developing the reputation of the business in the refurbishment market. In his new role, Jason will now take the business forward supported by board directors Mary Brooks, Stuart Johnson, Steve Davies, Max Barrett and Colin Payne.

Chris will be taking a sideways move from the day-to-day running of the company, along with Mark Dockery, to allow Jason and the rest of the Collins board to take the business forward.

Chris and Mark will retain a shareholding and become non-executive directors, with the remainder owned by the board of directors.

This change in structure has been implemented to allow for future succession planning and to provide increased opportunity for career progression across the business.

This is an exciting time for Collins Construction

This is an exciting time for Collins Construction and an opportunity to pave a way for the next generation of leaders. This modification to the board reflects our aim to provide all employees with a structure for development and career progression. I am honoured to be taking over as managing director from Chris who has been at the helm for 30 years. He has built a fantastic and well-respected company, which ensures Collins goes into 2020 with a strong pipeline of projects and a team of great people who are proud of the work they do.
