We are pleased to announce our appointment on our £11m City fit out, a major refurbishment and fit out project that will transform a 1990s office building into a high-end workplace offering approximately 45,000 sq. ft of premium office and co-working space.
The scheme will involve significant structural modifications alongside the delivery of high-quality Cat B finishes across key areas of the building. Works will include the removal and reconfiguration of the front elevation, the installation of new structural steelwork, and the creation of a new reception and co-working environment designed to provide a modern, welcoming arrival experience.
A key feature of the redevelopment will be the integration of outdoor space on every floor, helping to create a workplace that connects users with the external environment while providing premium amenities in a prime City location. Delivering structural works and interior fit out in parallel will allow the team to maintain programme efficiency while ensuring a seamless transition between building alterations and the final finishes.
