We are pleased to announce our appointment on our £3.5m Bloomsbury project, a Cat A refurbishment that will transform a dated office building and enhance its future lettability.
The scheme will involve the comprehensive refurbishment of multiple floors, alongside key structural interventions designed to modernise the building and improve its long-term performance. Works will include the delivery of Cat A office space across two floors, incorporating new restroom facilities, secondary glazing and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems.
Structural modifications will also be undertaken at roof level to accommodate new plant and M&E equipment, helping to future-proof the building’s infrastructure while supporting improved operational efficiency.
Once complete, the refurbishment will significantly enhance the quality of workspace within the building, delivering a modernised environment that is better suited to the needs of future occupiers.
