We are pleased to announce the completion of our £4.6m, 20,500 sq. ft heritage project in Bloomsbury.
The team carried out works across three floors of this historic building, replacing and preserving heritage features while creating premium office space for the next generation of occupiers.
With the building having undergone several structural modifications over the years, the team were challenged by working with different materials and configurations, and had to devise solutions that upgraded the building consistently throughout.
Despite working in an occupied building, the team installed reclaimed flooring to support sustainability, added secondary glazing to improve performance, and upgraded the services with a comprehensive M&E system and new plant, to future-proof the building, as well as deliver a high quality fit out to the ancillary areas.
The result is a modern, flexible, and lettable workspace that retains its historic character.
