After 27 weeks on site Collins is delighted to have completed our project for a Global Investment Firm in London's St Katherine's Dock. The project involved an 150,000 sq ft strip out and CAT A fit out across levels 1, 2, 5 & 6 of this office building. The warehouse style space now boasts new exposed services, raised access floor, lift lobbies and WC’s.
External decking was also installed to allow incoming tenants to make the most of the spectacular views. The existing reception was upgraded with new flooring, reception desk, wall panelling and light fittings to reflect the rest of the work and a new bike store and showers were installed on the lower ground floor.
